Wheeled Fire Extinguishers are designed to protect high fire-risk areas where the potential for large fires exists. These heavy duty units have greater extinguishing agent capacities than portable extinguishers, yet are highly mobile and can be fully operated by just one person.
An ABC designation on a fire extinguisher means it will extinguish different types of fires. The "A" classification means the chemicals contained within the fire extinguisher are suitable for paper based substances; the "B" classification means it's suitable for flammable liquids, and the "C" classification means it's suitable for electrical equipment.  Fire extinguishers have 5 different classes (A,B,C,D, and K, the last two being for chemical laboratories and kitchens, respectively.)  ABC extinguishers are also known as "dry chemical" extinguishers, containing the chemical monoammonium phosphate. 
MAINTENANCE:
1  The temperature range for the place where trolley fire extinguisher should be placed is -30°C~+60°C.
2  Keep it stable and make sure it remains dry.
3  Always check if the operating parts are flexible.
4 Always check if the safety pin and seal are intact, and the pressure figure is complying with the requirements. Check the spare parts to make sure they are not damaged, transformed or corroded. 
INSTRUCTION :
Push the trolley to the fire place, and stand 5-15 meters away from the fire. Point the nozzle to the base of fire once the dry powder is sprayed out. The operating person should firstly pull out the safety pin on the fire extinguisher, and then hold the nozzle in the front of hose while use the other hand to open the valve immediately.

Introduction

These economical extinguishers come in all designs, types and shapes.

Use the extinguisher:
PULL the safety pin out, to free the lever on top of the extinguisher
AIM the fire extinguisher nozzle or hose at the base of the fire, standing around 2.5 metres back from the fire
SQUEEZE the handle to release the fire-fighting agent
SWEEP the nozzle or hose across the base of the fire (not the flames) until it is fully extinguished; with foam and powder, lay a blanket of foam or powder over the burning area
Warning:- Do not touch the horn of the CO2 extinguisher as your hand could freeze to it.
