Product name

Human serum amyloid A test kit (Time-resolved fluorescence immunochromatography)

Packing Specification

1 test/card, 10 tests/box, 20 tests/box, 30 tests/box, 50 tests/box, 80 tests/box, 100 test/box, 150 tests/box.

Intended use

Used in conjunction with the dry fluorescent immunoassay analyzer (TH-2010, TH-2020) produced by Wuhu 3H Biotechnology Co., Ltd., used for in vitro quantitative detection of serum amyloid A in human serum, plasma and whole blood (anticoagulated whole blood)

Testing principle

The test card contains human serum amyloid A (SAA) monoclonal antibody labeled with fluorescent microspheres pre-coated on the binding pad, and the  human serum amyloid A (SAA) monoclonal antibody immobilized on the test area (T) on the membrane, and the corresponding antibody in the quality control area (C). During the test, drop the sample into the sample well (S) of the test card. The  human serum amyloid A (SAA) in the sample binds to the  human serum amyloid A (SAA) monoclonal antibody labeled with microspheres pre-coated on the binding pad. The conjugate is chromatographed upward under the capillary effect, and then it will be combined and captured by the  human serum amyloid A (SAA) monoclonal antibody immobilized on the test area (T) on the membrane. The content of   human serum amyloid A (SAA)  in the sample and the content of captured conjugate are positively correlated. Scan the test area with a dry fluorescent immunoassay analyzer to obtain the corresponding optical signal, and then convert the signal into the concentration of  human serum amyloid A (SAA)   through the built-in standard curve.

Main components

The test kit includes test card, sample diluent, calibration card or QR code, dropper and instructions.

The test card includes sample pad, nitrocellulose membrane (T line coated with human serum amyloid A (SAA) antibody (0.1-1.0μg/test); C line coated with anti-immunoglobulin antibody (0.1-1.0μg/test)), combined pad (coated with another SAA antibody labeled with time-resolved fluorescent microspheres (0.05-1.0μg/test) and immunoglobulin (0.05-0.25μg/test), absorbent pad, bottom plate and plastic card shell.

Storage conditions and validity

Should be stored at 2ºC-30ºC in a dry and dark place, the validity period is 18 months

Testing method

Before performing the test, you must read the instruction manual completely, and restore the test card and sample to room temperature before use.
  1. Operate the instrument according to the instruction manual of  the dry fluorescence immunoassay analyzer. Please check the product name and batch number.
  2. Take out the test card from the original package and use it as  soon as possible. It should be used immediately in the  environment where the room temperature is higher than 30ºC or high humidity
  3. Place the test card on a clean level surface. Use capillary siphon principle to draw 10μL sample, put the sample into the sample diluent, then mix upside down 10 times. Use a dropper to draw 100μL of the mixed sample into the sample well of the test cart, and start timing.
  4. Time for 3 minutes to read the result through the dry fluorescence immunoassay analyzer.
