1. Ricoh GEN5 print heads
Staggered print head for simultaneous white and color printing, standard with 3 Ricoh Gen5 heads, up to 8 Ricoh Gen5 heads configuration, CMYK+WW+VV (optional)

2. Negative pressure system
Pressure system for ink supply with digital control greater, pressure display gauges to increase printing speed and stability

3. Vacuum bed platform
Vacuum bed holds media steady to ensure stable printing, the vacuum system can be turned on/off easily from the control, panel by button

4. Mechanical anti-crash system
Mechanical anti-crash device effectively stops the carriage to protect print head once it touches the media.

Quality Printing
* The maximum print thickness is 100mm, suitable for printing on glass, acrylic, wood, ceramic tile, metal plate, PVC plate, corrugated board, plastic and other materials.
* Save ink up to 30%-50%

Production Speed
This printing speed is faster than normal Epson printhead printer, which life-time is much longer as well.
You can set different printing pass to meet your printing result, 6 pass bidirectional 13 square meters per hour.

Q1. Do I need to do pre-treatment before print?
For glass and metal, we suggest you to spray EEC PRINT UV pre-treatment on the material before print. 
For rough material, you can skip this part. 

Q2. What kind of material I can print?
Everything, EEC PRINT UV LED INK can print every material. 

Q3. Is it need heat treatment?
No.
