A: Please send us drawing noted with material, quantity, surface finish and any request if you may have.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 5-10 days for sample, 15-30 days for batch, it depends on quantity and complexity of the parts.

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: Yes, basically, sample fee is needed, but we provide free sample for batch production.
