Introduction

L-lactic acid is an organic acid made from corn starch and refined by biological fermentation. It can be mixed with water, ethanol or ether. It is insoluble in chloroform. Due to its sinistral characteristics, it has good biocompatibility, can be integrated with mammals, can directly participate in human metabolism, without any side effects, and is widely used in food, medicine and other fields

Function

1. Food industry: mainly used in candy, drinks (such as beer, wine and lactic acid drinks) and other food processing industry, as an acid agent and taste regulator, known as the absolute safety of food additives. In addition, it can also be used for processing and storage of cool drinks and vegetables. 

2.
