Machine description:
 This machine should be developed instead of manual assembly of trouser hangers. After repeated experiments, we have learned the characteristics of the product and the reasonable design structure, and finally successfully developed a fully automatic trouser hanger assembly. It has high efficiency and stable work.  Micro-deformation and burrs (within the range) can also be overcome, and they have been highly praised by many customers; first, hang the hanger rod manually on the machine sliding rod, and the machine will automatically arrange one by one next to the fixture, and then clamp the hanger and the iron  The clamps are placed in the vibrating plate and arranged automatically. The self-made manipulator puts the hanger rod into the jig, the jig fixes the hanger, and then transports the jig. The self-made manipulator puts the clip into the jig, and then the manipulator takes out the iron clamp for assembly.  The assembled finished product is automatically taken away by the manipulator and hung on the sliding rod, and manual only needs to add and collect materials;
 The appearance of the machine adopts square welding and baking varnish treatment, which is firm and stable. The mechanical parts are also all surface treated, so that the machine is durable, and all the mechanical action parts are protected by protective covers. The machine is safe and easy to use.
