Avibactam (nxl-104) belongs to diazabicyclooctanone compound, which is the most promising non-toxic compound at present β- Lactam inhibitors have no obvious antibacterial activity, but can inhibit the growth of type A (including ESBL and KPC) and type C β- Lactamase.
