Q1: May I buy samples from you?
A: Sure, sample order is available for you to test our quality and service.
 

Q2: What's the leading time?
A: 2~5 days for sample orders ,bulk order according to the different product .


Q3: Do you have any MOQ limit ?
A: Our minimum order qty is 20pcs each model ,but we accept small order as trail order .

Q4: can I get your price list ?
A: Yes, pls tell us the model number and order quantity ,then we will offer you the price by email.

Q5: How will you deliver the goods to me?
A:We usually ship the products by express delivery to your door or by air freight to your nearest airport. If the order quantity is large, we may ship by sea container.

Q6: How to proceed the order if I have logo to print?
A: First, artwork for visual confirmation, and next is sample picture or sending sample to you for confirmation, finally we will go to mass production.

Q7: Can i do my owe design package box ?
A: yes. pls upply the artwork, and then we can print the box with your own design.

Q8: Do you have any After-Sales service?
A: Yes! We have professional After-sales Dept. For mega project, our technical person can also provide the in-door installation.
