Application


Sports grass is mainly divided into fibrillated sport grass and monofilament sport grass. It needs to be filled with quartz sand and SBR Rubber granules to be used as a sports ground. Also can be monochrome or two-color, And with high wear resistance, resilience, high density and good foot feeling. and its appearance and function are close to genuine grass.

Process&Packing

 

We promise:

(1)Samples will be sent for customers' approval. Then arrange the mass production.
(2)For mass production, worker on each production line will finish their task as per production schedule so that we can assure the lead time.
(3)Before packing, our quality control personnel will inspect the product. And inspection report will be checked by responsible sales.
(4)Different packing methods can be customized to meet various demands.

We have around 80 workers in factory, which is around 8600 square meters.
We also have professional technicists to check the machine and professional QC personnel.
Installtion

1.Measure the ground where you want to install the artificial grass
2.Open the artificial grass roll and trim it to fit the area
3.Apply the glue onto the ground and the artificial grass backing
4.Place the joint tape on the ground and apply the glue
5.Make the joint invisible and remove the artificial grass-free border
6.After installation, you will find artificial grass looks the same as living grass, very natural and realistic.
