Mosonidine is a white powder, it's molecular formula is C9H12ClN5O, it's molecular weight is 241.68.
Mosonidine is a novel central antihypertensive drug, which is a selective agonist with high affinity to imidazoline receptor.

Function
1. When combined with beta blockers, a reduction in blood pressure occurs at first, followed by a stronger rebound.
2. Combination with other antihypertensive drugs can enhance the antihypertensive effect of this product.
3. When combined with benzazoline, it can weaken the antihypertensive effect of the product.
4. When combined with alcohol, tranquilizer or anesthetic, it can enhance its antihypertensive effect.
