Overview:
NPL-F60 Butyl Self-Adhesive Waterproof Membrane is a kind of non asphalt self-adhesive membrane, which is based on high-performance resin film, coated with unique technical formula on both sides, and can achieve molecular level bonding with the base course, (the active components in the rubber compound and the active components in the hydraulic materials have the synergistic effect of chemical crosslinking and physical mortise and stick, so as to form the "interpenetrating network" interface structure, achieve the bonding effect of close combination, firm and full adhesion, and thoroughly solve the problem of insufficient bonding force between the ordinary coiled material and the base surface. The adhesive force is not long-lasting and easy to be affected by the environment, which realizes the integrated sealing and waterproof effect of the membrane and the base surface.) The lower surface is covered with silicone oil anti sticking isolation film, and the upper surface is covered with high-strength fiber reinforced mesh. The waterproof membrane material can avoid the protection layer, bind the reinforcement directly and prevent water leakage.
Features:
1. Resistance to base cracking
The product adopts high-performance resin matrix and high molecular Butyl rubber, which has the proprietary technology of anti rubber sliding. It integrates the advantages of high strength of PET film and high elongation of cross film, and avoids the risk of waterproof layer being broken and thinned when the base is fissioned.
2. Excellent adhesion
The molecular level wet paving self-adhesive layer forms full adhesion with the base course through cement mortar as the medium. Even if the waterproof layer is partially damaged in the later stage, it will not affect the overall waterproof effect.
3. Excellent low temperature performance
The hydrophilicity of NPL molecular grade adhesive layer is not changed in low temperature ice water, which ensures that the adhesive force of adhesive layer will not be affected by the decrease of water temperature. This technology solves the problem of unstable sealing effect between material and base due to large temperature difference of wet base during construction, which is an iterative upgrade of existing technology. The NPL adhesive layer with molecular adhesive force can be bonded to each other at -20°C. Scope of Application:
Basement and rooftop waterproof projects of industrial and civil buildings, especially suitable for the floor waterproofing of underground projects. Transportation project, such as subway, tunnel, light rail waterproof projects. Waterproofing works for roofing of building basement and planting roof.
Construction Process:
1. Base treatment:
a. Cleaning and wetting: the base surface is cleaned by high-pressure water gun, and the dry base surface does not need to be soaked with water.
b. Water cleaning: no water construction, clear the base surface water before construction.
2. Preparation of cement mortar:
According to the air temperature and humidity, follow to the water cement ratio of 0.35~0.4, add appropriate amount of water, ordinary portland cement and additives into the batching bucket, and fully mix them with an electric mixer until they are uniform, fine and free of agglomerate particles.
3. Slurry exhaust:
Use matching tools to push the surface of membrane and extrude the internal gas, so that the membrane, glue and base are fully integrated.
4. Body lapping:
After the adhesive layer reaches the upper strength, tear off the separation film on the lap edge, press the spoke and compact to reach the lap joint of the membrane body.
After 1~2 days of laying the membrane, the reinforcement can be bound directly on the surface of the membrane after the mortar reaches the strength, without pouring the protective layer.
Transportation and Storage:
1. Transportation: the materials shall be placed horizontally, with a height of no more than six layers, and rainproof measures shall be taken, to prevent tilting during transportation, and throwing shall not be allowed during loading and unloading.
2. Storage: when the materials are stored on the outdoor site, the stacking site shall be flat and solid, and the protective shed shall be set up to prevent the sunlight and rain. The indoor storage shall be kept ventilated, and the temperature of membrane storage environment shall not be higher than 50°C.
3. Storage period: under the above normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period is one year from the production date.
