The Joyriver Car Repellent has low power consumption. It emits high frequency sounds hardly perceptible to the human ear but very irritating to small animals. It will effectively repel marten rodents packrats and protect the wires cables and rubber parts of your vehicle engine. It can be placed almost anywhere. Usually these kind of repellents are connected to 110V but this one is to carry everywhere if a 12 Volt battery charger is available. While driving and the engine temperature is over 131 Fahrenheit the repeller stops working. When the car has cooled down the repeller will start working automatically when switched on. It is supplied with mounting and wiring hardware to connect to the car's electrical circuit. There are two cables. The red cable should be clamped to the positive electrode and the black cable be clamped to the cathode.
