Product Description
WD-Co6 is the most widely used of the wear resistant cobalt-based alloys and exhibits good all-round performance. It is regarded as the industry standard for general-purpose wear resistance applications, has excellent resistance to many forms of mechanical and chemical degradation over a wide temperature range, and retains a reasonable level of hardness up to 500°C (930°F). It also has good resistance to impact and cavitation erosion. WD-Co6 is ideally suited to a variety of hardfacing processes and can be turned with carbide tooling. Examples include valve seats and gates, pump shafts and bearings, erosion shields, and rolling couples. It is often used self-mated.

A: We specialize in hardfacing & wear-resistant welding / thermal spray consumables, with the strength of Cobalt, Nickel and Iron based alloys in form of rod, powder and electrode.

Q2. Can I have a sample order?

A: Yes, we offer FREE sample for inspection. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q3. What about the lead time?

A: Sample needs 1-3 days, mass production needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity more than 100kgs.

Q4. Do you have any MOQ limit?

A: Low MOQ, 3-5 pcs for sample checking is available.

Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: Depends on the transportation you choose. It usually takes 3 weeks to arrive by sea. Airline and Express shipping are also optional.

Q6. Do you have a fixed price list?

A: We do not. We quote based on the result we evaluate customers from various aspects, such as quantity, payment term, lead time, etc.

Q7. Is it OK to label my logo on packages?
