All products of AGG are strictly tested and inspected. Every department of the company has a separate self-verification system, advanced laboratories and testing equipment. A full range of accurate and reliable physical and chemical analysis and testing are performed for each piece of raw material and product.
extrusion machine
Asia aluminium is equipped with 44 extrusion production lines. Among them there is 1 set of 6000-ton class extrusion machine which imported from Japan, and 20 sets of 4000-ton, 2750-ton and 2000-ton class extrusion machines imported from UBE. Due to the automatic production line and cooling system imported from Italy (Including double tractor), and adopting (USA) infrared device monitoring outlet temperature, the annual production of extrusion production lines is beyond 400,000 tons.

The company has five automatic horizontal production lines and a vertical oxidation oxide production line, can oxidize aluminium materials up to 10 meters long, electrophoretic materials up to 7.5 meters long, with an annual output of 150,000 metric tons.The high, powerful and most advanced equipment is the assurance of the international quality of the products of the company. The perfect devices and full- process optimization make product characteristics more stable, and product surface has more excellent physical and chemical indicators.
Liquid coating lines
AAG has 6 sets of powder-spray production lines (from Italy), 2 sets of vertical spray-coating production lines (from the USA), 3 sets of plastic injection machine, and 6 sets of wearing plastic machines. The longest aluminium profile can be coated is 11 meters. Its annual production capacity is up to 250,000 metric tons.Powder coating lines
AAG has 9 powder production lines (Davidson , Italy) and 4 sets of spray guns (GEMA, Switzerland), which can be used for wood grain, powder spraying and window plastic (thermal profiles) surface treatments etc. The daily production capacity of a production line exceeds 100 metric tons; The longest aluminium profile can be powder coated is 6.5 meters long.
