Our spa tub is made of US Aristech pure acrylic, Balboa control system, such high quality imported configuration, and 304 Stainless steel frame to support the tub strongly ,and also choose "LX" pump which with CE, UL and SAA certificate. Each spa tub must pass 24-hours water test without leaking. Then package.

Q1 : What is your terms of delivery ?
A: EXW, FOB, (Huangpu, Shenzhen , Foshan) are available .

Q2 : What is your MOQ?
A: Normally our MOQ is 1 set/sets each item.
Q3 : How long is your delivery time ?
A: Normally withtin20 to 35 days after receiving T/T deposit, the specific delivery time depends on the order quantity and item.
Q4: What's your sample policy?
A: Samples are available, sample fee and and freight need to confirmed
Q5: What's your payment terms?
A: T/T 30% deposit paid in advance, 70% balance before delivery or against copy of B/L .and L/C, D/P, Western union are acceptable as well.
Q6: How long is your product warranty?
A: 5years for our massage bathtub body, 3years for electronics, but we have continuous support for our long-term customers.
Q7: Do you have certificate for your massage bathtub?
A: Yes, we have CE, RoHS, ISO9JOYEE New Listing spa bath outdoor With New Arrival:2008 certificate, and our CE certificate was tested by TUV company.
Q8: What will you do if there is something wrong with your bathtub?
A: First, pls send us photos or videos so that we can confirm with our supplier to avoid the same problem later.
Second, we will match the replacement parts in the next order, we can also send you parts ASAP if you are urgent. 
Q9: How can I get the specific price for one product?
A: A best quotation will be given according to you specific requirement, such as model, quantity, function etc.
