10ton Batch Type Waste Tire Plastic Pyrolysis Plant with CE&ISO
Pyrolysis equipment is a recycling machine for solid waste like waste tyre, waste plastic ,oil sludge ,MSW, medical waste etc .It can recycle waste to energy ,such as fuel oil ,carbon black and flammable gas. Besides this energy ,waste tyre pyrolysis plant also can get wire steel after processing.The waste tire oil refining equipment will split the waste tire at high temperature to obtain tire oil, carbon black and steel wire, so as to realize the maximum recycling of waste resources. This series of refining equipment is an environmental friendly and pollution-free thermal cracking treatment method for waste tires. Lifeierte Shangqiu Branch is a professional and technical production enterprise, which has been focusing on the effective utilization of waste for many years. The reaction kettle is made of professional boiler plate steel Q345R, 16 / 18mm thick,which has the features of high pressure resistant , can bear 20-25Pa pressure. The cooling effect of the box cooler during the operation of the equipment can reach 180m, and the oil yield can reach 40% - 45%.
1. Process technology of pyrolysis plant :
1). We have hydraulic feeding system for filling tire to the reactor .The waste tire burned to 180°C, pyrolysis oil coming out ,for about 2 hours ,waste gas come out and can use flammable gas to burn the reactor. When temperature raise to 350°C, the oil comes out heavily like a harvest Autumn. Burning going on for 8-10 hours, starts cooling the reactor.
2).Oil gas moves to Oil gas separator to separator heavy oil from oil gas as first filter.
1).And then move to the damping tank, it's use to separate carbon black to avoid it's flow into the tube in condenser to avoid the tube block .
3).Box condenser is the main part of the whole pyrolysis process. It affects the oil yield of waste tire. We're proud of this condenser. Because it has good performance and easy to fix. It's our strength comparing to other manufacturers. 1.It has large cooling area in 5.7x2.7x1.5 meters. 2. And the tube is bonder than tubes in condenser tank. Their tubes are 20mm big and ours keeps for 133mm big. Their tubes used for a short time ,tubes are easily blocked and hard to clean. 3.What's more the tube is connected one by one by flange, whole tube has 180 meters long, oil gas has long time traveling in tube and can have a better cooling effect.Then oil gas turns into oil and stock into oil tank. After cooling ,some flammable gas moves into water seal to make gas clean and water seal is important part to keep safe operation in the process.
4).Coming out from water seal, the flammable gas is used to burn to make the tire pyrolysis fast and fast. Cooling time for reactor will be 6 hours around.

Function:The waste tire, plastic and rubber can be cracked in the reactor.
2). Name:Hydraulic feeding system
Function: Feeding the raw materials by using auto-feeding machine. the auto feeder can push large plastics and whole tyres in the reactor by using hydraulic pressure as power which has 80 tons push power, the process is easy to operate and convenient. Save labors and save a lot of manual feeding and discharging time, finish feeding in1~ 2 hours to improve production efficiency.
3). Name:Cooling System
Function: The oil gas is cooled separately by condenser, to convert the oil gas into oil.Cooling more thoroughly,higher oil yield,better oil quality.
Type:A.Box Condenser
Function: Box condenser is produced with 8 pcs 133mm tubes and 17 pcs 108 tubes,25 tubes totally can guarantee the high yield and not easily blocked .The length of oil gas will be arround 180m in the tubes and have enough time to cooling down the oil gas to oil.It is conducive to heat dissipation and ensure cooling effect. Convenient installation and maintenance, long gas cooling time, thick condensing pipeline and not easy to be blocked.

4). Name:Carbon Black Discharging System and Carbon Black Collection System
Function:We adopt the whole sealed automatic discharging system to ensure no carbon black flying out,so the whole process is no pollution at all.

Function: Dispose of fuel gas caused by using wood,coal,oil or natural gas.
6). Name:Waste Gas Recovery System
