I. General Description
DFQ series drilling rig is a kind of light weight, high efficiency and multi-function drilling equipment, it is suitable for drilling water wells, agricultural irrigation well, geothermal air-conditioning hole and other uses, especially for water engineering in mountainous and rock areas. It is much more efficient than the traditional rotary drilling rigs ,can create very considerable economic benefit for users.
DFQ series drilling rig solves the problems to drill very hard rocks, gravel, pebble stratum that the traditional drilling rigs are difficult to drill, DFQ series can work efficiently under all kinds of geological structure.

III. Features:
1. The drill rig can drill different stratum, Max. borehole diameter achieves to 203 mm, Maximum depth comes to 200 m.
2. Equipped with two rotary hydraulic motors with strong torque.
3. High pressure cylinders ensure the drill rig have reliable propulsion and lifting force when drilling deep holes.
4. Multi-cylinder water-cooled engine guarantees every part of hydraulic system to work efficiently.
5. Innovative embedded idler pulley structure, more efficient for users to install and discharge pipes and the casings.
6. Four independent large diameter hydraulic jack cylinder ,making the drill rig can automatically go up and down through hydraulic drive, the height can reach to 1.6 meters, easy for loading and unloading, perfectly solve the user difficulty in equipment transportation.
7. The four stabilizer legs increase the stability at work.
8. Two stages air inlet filter design ensures the service lives of diesel engine and air compressor in poor construction condition.
9. Two rotation and propulsion speeds can meet the demand of different soil and rock drilling.
10. Centralized control of the hydraulic control console, convenient to operate. Unique pump group design, easy maintenance, save the maintenance cost
11. This series of drilling rig adopts to crawler chassis or truck , strong cross-country ability and easy to transport.
12. With the composite locator, can adjust and change the positioning plate according to different drilling pipes and impacter, combining the horizontally automatic sliding function to ensure the hole positioning and centering more accurate and reliable.
13. The winch is easy to lift and install the drilling pipes and impacter , saving the labor intensity.
14. (Optional) Equipped with arc welding generator, convenient for onsite welding repair, providing the construction lighting at night.
15. Independent module design makes the drilling rig can be mounted on the truck, increasing its mobility.
16.Our factory can offer φ76,φ89,φ102,φ114 drill pipes,(special thick wall geological drill pipe STM - R780, material: 36 Mn2V, joint materials 35 CrMo thermal refining processing), according to user requirements can do surface nitriding treatment, in order to increase the wear resistance of drill pipes.
