Application:
Applied to bare wires, power wires, PE or PVC coated wire stranding.
This machine is specialized designed to manufacture high quality control cable and power cable stranding equipment.

Features:
1)This equipment is for manufacturing high quality control cable and optical fiber cable muti-strand cable production. It refers to the advanced cabler technology home and abroad, combines with the wire and cable manufacturing situation in China and redesign. It is composed of payoff, stranding cage, wire gathering device, taping machine, meter counter, capstan, electrical control box etc.
2)This machine adopts PLC program control, ues frequency conversion motor controller makes output shaft rotating speed constant. There are hydraulic driver and electromagnet brake makes machine stops steadily and rapidly. Take up and traverse device adopts torque motor. Torque motor starts operating before main stranding cage starts running conversely, torque motor stops after strandig cage stops so as to meet the requirement of cable manufacturing process.
