HIQ Vacuum Atmosphere Box-type Furnace (T max 1800ºC)

The HIQ vacuum atmosphere box-type furnace is externally sealed by a metal mantle body fully, the furnace mantle is of a double-layer design, the interlayer is of a water-cooled structure, and the surface temperature is low. The U-shaped molybdenum silicide bar heating element is adopted in the hearth, the temperature rise is quick, and the service life is long. The vacuum absorption inorganic ceramic fiber hearth has low heat storage. The equipment can be pre-vacuumized to 50Pa, can realize the control of more than one kind of atmosphere, and is suitable for the anaerobic sintering of various materials.

The maximum service temperature in the vacuum environment is 1550ºC. (The maximum service temperature in the argon environment is 1600ºC, and that in the nitrogen environment is 1450ºC.)

Intelligent preprogrammed temperature controller: Can control the temperature precisely, edit, save and transfer multiple programs.

The sealing method is double-layer furnace mantle water-cooled external seal, and the surface temperature is low.

Over-temperature protective function: The power is off automatically when the temperature exceeds the permissible set values.

Safety protection: The power is off automatically when the furnace body leaks current.

Standard configuration: Rotary vane mechanical pump, gas calibration floater flowmeter.
