JY75C II-4.0 vacuum extruder is a series of large cylinder diameter and high extrusion pressure products designed and developed on the basis of JKR45/45C,JKB50/50-3.0,JKY60/60- 4.0 vacuum extruder. It is a hard plastic molding brick machine made according to enterprise standard Q/HZXZ-343.1-2014, which is suitable for the production of hollow brick, block, decorative brick and so on. Suitable for brick factory production with an annual output of less than 60 million.The machine is composed of power deceleration system, superior single-stage stirring extrusion, lower extrusion molding, vacuum pumping system and so on. The upper and lower levels are arranged in "Ding" shape, the vacuum pumping system is separated from the main engine, and connected by sealed pipe. The reducer selects a special reducer with hard tooth surface, which greatly improves the contact strength of the tooth surface and prolongs the service life of the gearbox. The main shaft adopts floating shaft structure to overcome the phenomenon of head swaying in the process of operation.
principle: the upper part of the machine is powered by 90kW motor and drives the pneumatic clutch. Through the special reducer, it is transferred to the superior mixing shaft to complete the mixing, extrusion and shredding of the mud. After entering the vacuum box, the air is extracted through the vacuum pump, and then the mud is pressed to the winch. The lower stage is powered by 280kW six-pole motor and drives the pneumatic clutch, which is transmitted to the main shaft through the hard tooth surface reducer, and then pushed by the lower winch, which is compressed through the conical head and mouth.
