The resin-like bonded coating provides a low coefficient of friction and excellent resistance to many chemicals and acids. PTFE dry film provides lubricity, thus preventing galling in breaking out. 
Coated products are the best in the market salt-fog-spray tested to 5, 500 hours without a spot of rust.

Bolts & Nuts are coated to the highest quality, to the exact specification of clients. 
PTFE, Zinc and Cadmium plating, hot-dipped galvanising are common
Other types of plating or coating can also be done.

Heat Treatment: 
B7M / 2HM and L7M / Gr. 7m are producted in-house with test certificates.
These are oiled, grit blasted, plated or Coated
