1. The guarantee is one year. After the machine arrive the buyer's factory, if the buyer requests, the seller has to send the engineer to the buy's factory to install and test the machine, and offer training for the buyer's engineer about 5-10days.
The buyer should pay the round trip ticket, hotel, food, local traffic and salary USD80 per day for each seller's engineer.
2, After one year, we will continue to assist you both on technical problem and the quality level for long-term.
3, The easy damaged goods will be along with the machine.
4. We offer the DVD for machine operation and install, the DVD and all manual shipped together with the machines.
5. We welcome you to offer us the paper sample, we can design the machine in OEM.
