PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Reinforced Continuous Winding pipe which is made from unsaturate ed polyester and epoxy resin as its matrix material fiberglass and its products as reinforced material.

PERFORMANCE ADVANTAGES

Due to resistance to acid, alkali, salt, seawater, sewage, corrosive soil and various chemical fluids and smooth internal wall, no incrustation and microorganism may occur in the pipe so the pipe can keep clean for a long term use and be free of maintenance.

1 ) Extension strength:Based on fiber distribution and content, the pipe's apparent hoop extension strength may be l40-520MPa and axial extension strength may be 70-320MPa
2 ) Flexure strength:Based on fiber distribution and content, the pipe's apparent hoop extension strength may be 154-340MPa
3 ) Impact strength:The pipe has excellent impact strength, more than 300kgf-cm/cm2, tests indicate that p2600 glass steel pipe falls from a 1.8m height freely without damage

· Rigid and flexible
In case that the pipe is subject to an overload (e.g. lorry) in a short time, the pipe may bear the load through its own elastic deformation and recover its original shape automatically after the load disappears.

· Excellent hydraulic characteristic
Very smooth internal wall.Hazen-WIlliams roughness coefficient C of new pipe is 150-165. With the same diameter, the flow of the pipe is 36% bigger than that of steel pipe.

· Long service life
The pipe body is made of very stable high polymer material and its breakdown pressure is designed with 6 times working pressure to ensure 50-year service life.

· ANTISEEP WATER HAMMER-RESISTANT
Glass fiber reinforced plastics is a kind of composite material with a high density, so water in the pipe cannot seep and water utside the pipe cannot flow in. Due to high strength and excellent ductility, the pipe can be resistant to water hammer and Instantaneous overpressure.

· RESISTANT TO DIFFERENTIAL SETTLEMENT
For DN1800mm pipe, the turning angle of connector is up to 15, so the pipe has a better resistance to deformation and differential settlement and a better resistance to earthquake and other external force than other rigid pipes.
 

PRODUTION PROCESS
The cw production works on continuous extended mandrel on which the resin long and chopped fiberglass and silica sand are laminated and cured hard. The line is fully automatic environmental friendly efficient and stable in quality.

MOLDING
The continuous steel flat supported by reel rolled into circular central spindle

STOCK FEEDING
When the central spindle is moved, under the control of PLC and PC advanced filling, glass fiber, resin and surface materials, etc are precisely measured and embedded

MONITORING
Based on the pre-programmed material input program, it only requires inputting the basic pipe data; the computer can work out the mechanical operation setting on its own. The material consumption thickness of pipes, etc. will be monitored and recorded

SOLIDIFYING
The solidifying treatment of products will be finished by sensory heating and the infrared device that directly heats the products. In the solidifying area of the product, the temperature of 20 different parts will be measured The temperature will be shown on the computer screen in the form of image.

CUTTING AND FINISHING
Under the pre-set lengths, pipes can be cut into different les Ahe x ths ranging from 0. 3m to 18m according to the demands of the clients.
utting chamfer, the calibration and longitudinal movement of products reach coordination, which can ensure the preciseness of vertical cutting and outer diameter grinding of FRP pipes

ONLINE TESTING
The cut and grinded pipe is conveyed to the water pressure test machine to carry out the full-load water pressure test After it is tested as qualified, the pipe joints which have been tested as qualified will be sent to the pipe joint installation machine to install the joints
