1)Quality is our number 1 focus for the entire team.The design, injection, QA & packaging are all done in-house for efficiency and to standardized a high level of quality control.
2)Wrranty is 1 years under normal using(not man made damage).All of bikes bike bike parts will be tesed before shipping.If you received some not working can show the pictures to us or send it back to us to repair or repace.

Sample shipment:
UPS/DHL/FEDEX/EMS/Your forwarder
1) We usually ship out small cubage sample by quickest express such as UPS,DHL,FEDEX according to customers' destination.
2) For unusual cubage like complete bikes, sevral units of frames, we usually ship out samples by EMS
3) Under EXW price, Cutomers designated their own forwarder to pick up cargos from own warehouse.
4) Under CIF/FOB price, We arrange the shippment to customers' named warehouse, including the local chinese custom clearance, local charges. Customers is reponsable to hanlde the terminal local charges and Custom
5) Under DDU/DDP price, We arrange the shippment to customers' named terminal warehouse address, incuding all the custom clearances of both sides and all port charges. Customers need to cooperate with our logistic forwarder agent to finish the clearance and TARIFF payment.
