Product Introduction

The protein loading buffer of this product is a 5-fold concentrated protein loading buffer with bromophenol blue as the dye, which is used for electrophoresis loading of non-reducing SDS-PAGE protein samples. The main ingredients of this product include Tris-HCl buffer, glycerin, SDS and bromophenol blue.


Storage and transportation

Transported on wet ice, stored at -20°C, valid for 12 months.

Instructions for use

1. Mix each 4 μL protein sample and 1 μL 5× protein loading buffer (non-reducing type) thoroughly.

2. Heat in a metal bath or boiling water bath for 3-5 minutes to fully denature the protein sample.

3. After cooling to room temperature, it can be added to the spot hole.


Precautions

1. Make sure that the product is fully reheated before use.

2. Please wear lab coat and disposable gloves during operation.
