Application The medium frequency steel shell furnace can melt metals below 1800 degrees, such as Iron, steel, copper, aluminum, brass, bronze, and so on. We can provide furnaces of capacity from 500kg to 30tons. They are wildly used in big foundry and fully-automiatic fundry. When working with KGCL power supply, It can realize the following functions, automatic constant temperature, automatic drying, power distribution display, intelligent smelting management, automatic display and storage of fault information, etc.
Common features
- Hydraulic tilting. Furnace can rotate around the pouring spout, and tilting with proportional control, through controlling buttons of hydraulic station and the handle of tilting control device . Its tilting angle is vertically at 95 degrees and it can stay in any position in the process of rotating, as well as to change titling speed to more quicker or more slowly. It uses the manual valve operation and double machine double pump, with remote manual control system. Some other company only have single pump control.
- Energy saving. The sensor is enclosed with a magnetic yoke, covering an area is over 65%, so the leakage is small and achieve the maximum electrical efficiency. Compared with aluminum shell furnaces, steel shell furnace can save nearly 5% power consumption.
- Anti-fall protection device. During the process of tilting furnace, the anti-falling protective hood will be automatically raised to form a protective barrier to prevent the personnel from falling.
Special features of furnace body 1. Furnace-leaking alarm to improve the safety. Hengyang company has special dual furnace-leak alarm function, dual combined detection using differential current method and DC injection method. When the furnace lining becomes thin and needs to be replaced, the detection system will give an alarm to remind the user to replace the furnace lining in time to prevent the furnace from being worn.
2. Lining push-out system to save your time of changing lining.The cylinder will lifted by a crane, and its flange will be put directly in the connecting rail. Then the lining can be roll out by starting the hydraulic pump station. A set of lining out device can be used for several furnaces.
3. Dust collector to reduce air pollution. The dust hood (ring) absorbs the dust and exhaust gas generated during melting process through air and reduce the exhausted gas emission, to meet the environmental requirements. Two type of collector for choosing.
Special features of hydraulic station
This system includes a hydraulic pump station and a hydraulic control valve table. 1. It adopts a double-pump structure, one for use and one for standby, so wearing parts can be repaired without stopping the furnace.
2. Equipped with an oil temperature and oil level gauge, it can detect system changes and failures in time.
3.The constant pressure gear pump is selected to make the system have the advantages of energy saving, durability and low heat generation. Special feature of power supply
