QGQ-YG type Portable High Quality Air Filling Machine is used to fill the high quality air into the aerosol can. It combines the functions of a vacuum crimper and a gas charger into one station. It is ideal for those processes as gas is introduced into the container under the valve cup prior to the valve being crimped in place.
This auto-production line is mainly composed by can arrangement, conveyor, blowing, filling machine and packing table. Accessories such as disinfection cabiner, automatic valve supplier and marks sprayer can be added according to customer's requirements. The filling machine is controlled by advanced PLC + digital program touch screen. The photoelectrical switches and electromagnetic valves on main machine body are advanced intrinsically safety type mode in Germany, Japan and Italy.
