8.About warranty

Provide three-year free warranty and lifetime maintenance service for the products sold.

The following situations are not covered by the free warranty:
Damage caused by force majeure;
Damage caused by natural disasters (such as lightning strikes);
Damage caused by improper operation or storage of users;
Disassembling and assembling without the consent of the company.

Within the warranty, if battery cannot be repaired , for example , electrolyte leakage without collision ,after we confirmed if it's the quality of the battery , we will replace a new battery to you .

The user should inform our company in time if there is any fault in the process of use. It is strictly forbidden for the user to disassemble and repair the machine without the consent of the company. Otherwise, the user shall be deemed to give up the warranty right by himself.
