Quality Control:
All the products are inspected based CE standard.
Step 1: All the raw material will be inspected before assembling. Also do first inspection every day.
Step 2: All the products will go to our aging test room lighting for 48 hours before inspection.
Step 3: The products will be inspected by 100% after aging test(in Integrating sphere) ,including power,Voltage. 
Step 4: The products will go to dark room to test Light distribution curve(IES file).
Step 5 : The products which is good will be labled with certification and go to next procedures(packing).
