In general,HL-29D has no need to make pre-gel.

Ordinary equipments for paint and coating can provide HL-29D enough shear force to carry best performance.

Dosage

The addition quantity of HL-29D depends on the type of organics, viscosity and other rheological properties.
The amount of HL-29Daccounts for 0.15%-2.0% of the whole system. The optimum dosage should be determined by experiment.

Efficient dispersing equipment and technique can better optimize the performance of HL-29D with less dosage and more profits.
