Steel pipe shot blasting machine main and auxiliary cleaning room, shot blasting device, workpiece roller conveyor system, longitudinal screw conveyor, elevator, separator, blasting system, dust removal system, platform, and electrical control system. The cleaning chamber of this machine is composed of the main and large-volume chamber structure. The upper part of the chamber body is box-shaped and the lower part is cone-shaped. It is composed of front and rear auxiliary chambers and main chamber body, rubber sealing curtain, shot blasting room, guard plate, shot blasting device, etc. A. A total of 2-4 shot blasters are installed on the top of the main chamber or at a suitable angle, which are installed on the left and right of the center of the chamber. The arrangement position, angle and flow adjustment of the shot blasting machine are strictly controlled, and the workpiece can be cleaned.
B. The chamber body is equipped with a high chromium wear-resistant guard plate to protect the chamber body wall from abrasion and prolong the service life of the chamber body.
